I messed up an online order and they were quick to reach out to me to make sure what i did was correct. If not for them reaching out to me I would have wasted an extra $30. While texting to confirm my order they answered some of my questions with the SD card I got. Can’t ask for better service than that on a friday night. So far, so good. Takes a bit of digging around as it's a custom OS. The device feels a bit 'snappier' than the OEM OS. Trying to figure out where all the options are and such. Good for someone that likes to tinker. Every game you could imagine is on here (ordered the 256GB option) and well organized. The only negative side to the whole thing was the SD Card cost more than I purchased the device for. By going this route, I did save myself a heap of time so, I guess what is more important to you; your time or, money?

The product itself is absolutely incredible. Setup is very organized. Extremely well documented. Beyond expectations. The only thing more amazing was the service. Tremendous communication and customer service.

It might be dramatic calling this Micro-SD card game changing but, it really did make all the difference for my experience with the 40XXV. Having everything already loaded into and configured in muOS saved me so much time and got me straight into enjoying the nostalgia of the games. On top of that, they have answered every question I’ve had in chat almost instantly. Could not be happier with the experience.
