I messed up an online order and they were quick to reach out to me to make sure what i did was correct. If not for them reaching out to me I would have wasted an extra $30. While texting to confirm my order they answered some of my questions with the SD card I got. Can’t ask for better service than that on a friday night. Shout out to 2ndLifeRetro for saving my sanity and my computer from being tossed in the trash
It might be dramatic calling this Micro-SD card game changing but, it really did make all the difference for my experience with the 40XXV. Having everything already loaded into and configured in muOS saved me so much time and got me straight into enjoying the nostalgia of the games. On top of that, they have answered every question I’ve had in chat almost instantly. Could not be happier with the experience.
